 CONDITIONS FOR HIRE:

 • The individual or company hiring from 28 FILMS Ltd agree to be bound by 28 FILMS' terms and conditions.

• The individual or company hiring from 28 FILMS Ltd is liable for any loss and or damage to equipment hired.

• EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION - 28 FILMS checks all equipment prior to it being hired, thus equipment malfunction or accessory shortage not reported immediately upon discovery will not be entertained at the time of hire return.

• All prices exclude VAT at the current rate. VAT will be added at Check Out.

• 28 FILMS Limited reserves the right to alter hire rates or refuse a hire without prior notice.

Non Account Customers

• Must present two forms of ID (one picture ID) confirming name and address of the person hiring.

• Must pay all hire charges in advance with a valid Credit or Debit card.

• Must leave a deposit to be to be confirmed before hire .
