28 Films

DORA, our first feature lenght film is currently in the last stages of post-production. We have a locked final cut of 88 min. and we are currently working to finish Colour Grading and Sound Design by end of January. After that, we aim to acquire Dolby Digital Licence and transfer the film on 35mm pelicula. Also, as soon as post-production is finished we will be submitting the film to the festivals circuit worldwide, aiming for the CANNES 2012. This year, our first feature lenght film, DORA, participated with a Work in Progress version of 120 min to the biggest film market in the world - MARCHE DU FILM, part of CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2011, where it gathered interest from the industry professionals and a DVD release offer from a UK distributor.

What We Need & What You Get

We are thrilled that you are interested in keeping this project going! We aim to screen at internationally recognized film festivals and ultimately want to get this film aired on various TV channels. However, in order for us to get there, we need raise our £40,000 target to cover final post-production costs which entails Transfer on 35mm pelicula and acquiring a Dolby Digital Licence. This way we are preparing for faster distribution deals, meeting the highest industry standards in the film market.                                   Every little helps our campaign!                                                                                                    By contributing to this project, not only can you participate in the making of the film and ensure that it gets completed, but you can also get your hands on some really fun gifts like original movie soundtrack, the book that was the base for this film, DVD, still photos signed by the cast and other memorabilia. One thing you may or may not know is that our project evolved out of a previously published book, with the same name. DORA was published in January 2010, few months before starting pre-production of our film.
